Rayzar's Painting is a locally owned painting and decorating business based in South-East Queensland. We deliver residential and small-commercial painting, roof restoration, roof cleaning, pressure cleaning, leak detection and decorative mural work to homes and businesses from Redcliffe and Chermside through to Noosa Heads.
Our work spans Queenslanders and weatherboard cottages, brick-and-render family homes, contemporary coastal builds, body-corporate buildings and retail fit-outs. Whatever the substrate or scale, the same standards apply — proper preparation, manufacturer-spec coating systems, tidy site conduct and clear daily communication with the client.
Our Approach to Quality
South-East Queensland's climate — hot UV-heavy summers, salt-laden coastal winds and intense seasonal storms — is unforgiving on poorly-prepared paintwork. Our approach focuses on preparation and product specification first, application second.

Washing, scraping, sanding, filling, caulking, sealing and priming are done before any topcoat goes on.

Manufacturer-spec coatings
We use reputable Australian paint brands (such as Dulux, Taubmans and Wattyl) and apply them at the spread rates and dry-film thicknesses the manufacturer publishes.
