Exterior Painting in North Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast

A long-lasting exterior finish is 70% preparation. We pressure clean the entire envelope to remove chalk, mould and salt, scrape and sand failing paint back to a sound edge, fill cracks with flexible sealant, prime bare timber, render and metal with the matched primer, and finish with two coats of UV-stable 100% acrylic.

We repaint weatherboard, fibre-cement (Hardies, Scyon), rendered brick and block, face brick (sealed and finished), Colorbond and zincalume metal, treated pine decks, and timber soffits, fascia and barge boards. Each substrate has its own primer-to-topcoat system, and we never mix systems across surfaces.

We specify premium exterior systems such as Dulux Weathershield, Taubmans All Weather and Haymes Solashield. These products carry 10–15 year manufacturer warranties when applied to spec and contain UV-stable resins designed for high-radiation Australian conditions.

We carry a full WHS file: licensed working-at-heights operators, harness systems, scaffolding for two-storey jobs, edge protection on roof-adjacent work and public liability insurance carried at $20M. Coastal Sunshine Coast jobs and elevated North Brisbane properties are routine for our crews.
